Finding different ways to exercise was really getting on my nerves. I just didn’t want to go to a gym or go running or hiking. I needed serious motivation. Gazing at the ocean, realizing how much I missed it, I decided to have a short visit and a good swim, while I was at it.Before I knew it, I was going three times a week for over a month.
